We cooked small dried sardines and roasted shrimps in a soup made from Hinai chicken and Akita pork. Furthermore, we added Akita Shot-tsuru, Mikasa no Keisho (Chicken based seasoning) and Otaru Amaebi Gyosho (sweet shrimp fish sauce) into it. Last but not least, hand made extra thick noodle, made from Tokachi flour, takes an important roll. This is the very Hokkaidolike Tsukemen!
